How do I initiate KYB for a business?
Initiating KYB (Know Your Business) allows you to start the verification process for a business client. This ensures the organisation is properly verified before approval.
Steps to initiate KYB:
- Go to Clients → Business
- Find the business client with Not Started or Re-initiate KYB status
- Click Initiate KYB
- Choose
- Email (automatic)
- Manual Share (copy link)
Click Initiate
The business client’s status will update to In Progress once they begin the verification process.
👉 Monitor the verification progress until the business is fully verified
