How do I add clients (parties) to a case?
Adding clients (parties) to a case links individuals or businesses to the investigation and allows you to track their activity and verification status.

Where to find it:

Open a case from the Cases section

Steps to add a client to a case:

  1. Open the case
  2. Go to the Parties tab
  3. Click + Add Party
  4. Search for an existing client or create a new one
  5. Select the client and click Add Client

What happens next:

  • The client is linked to the case
  • You can track their risk and activity within the case

What to do:

👉 Initiate KYC/KYB for the client if not already completed

💡 Tip: Ensure the correct client is selected to avoid linking the wrong party to a case
