How do I add clients (parties) to a case?
Adding clients (parties) to a case links individuals or businesses to the investigation and allows you to track their activity and verification status.
Where to find it:
Open a case from the Cases section
Steps to add a client to a case:
- Open the case
- Go to the Parties tab
- Click + Add Party
- Search for an existing client or create a new one
- Select the client and click Add Client

What happens next:
- The client is linked to the case
- You can track their risk and activity within the case
What to do:
👉 Initiate KYC/KYB for the client if not already completed
💡 Tip: Ensure the correct client is selected to avoid linking the wrong party to a case
