How do I upload documents to a case?
Uploading documents to a case helps you store evidence, support investigations, and maintain a complete audit trail for compliance

Where to find it:

Open a case from the Cases section

Steps to upload documents:

  1. Open the case
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Upload
  4. Upload or drag and drop a file
  5. Select the document type
  6. Click Save

Supported formats:

  • PDF
  • JPG
  • PNG
  • (Max file size: 3MB)
