What do record statuses mean?
Each record is assigned a status to indicate its current lifecycle stage and usability.
You’ll see:
- Active → Current and usable document
- Under Review → Being reviewed or updated
- Archived → Stored for reference
- Expired → No longer valid
What to do:
👉 Always use Active records for compliance processes
💡 Tip: Regularly review “Under Review” and “Expired” records
