How do I manage transactions in a case?
Transactions within a case help you track financial activity, identify suspicious behaviour, and support compliance investigations.
Where to find it:
Open a case from the Cases section
Steps to manage transactions:
- Open the case
- Go to the Transactions tab
You can:
- Link existing transactions → Attach previously recorded transactions to the case
- Create new transactions → Add new financial activity directly

When creating a transaction:
- Enter date, amount, and client
- Add counterparty details
- Select transaction type
- Click Save Transaction

What to do:
👉 Ensure all transactions are accurate and complete for proper risk assessment
