How do I manage transactions in a case?
Transactions within a case help you track financial activity, identify suspicious behaviour, and support compliance investigations.

Where to find it:

Open a case from the Cases section

Steps to manage transactions:

  1. Open the case
  2. Go to the Transactions tab

You can:

  • Link existing transactions → Attach previously recorded transactions to the case
  • Create new transactions → Add new financial activity directly

When creating a transaction:

  • Enter date, amount, and client
  • Add counterparty details
  • Select transaction type
  • Click Save Transaction

What to do:

👉 Ensure all transactions are accurate and complete for proper risk assessment

💡 Tip: Regularly review transactions to detect unusual patterns or suspicious activity
