How do I search and filter cases?
Searching and filtering cases helps you quickly find specific cases based on status, risk level, or other criteria.
Where to find it:
Go to the Cases page
Steps to search and filter cases:
- Open the Cases page
- Use the search bar to:
- Search by Case ID or description
- Apply filters to narrow results:
- Status (Pending, In Progress, Closed)
- Risk Level (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
- Date (creation or update date)
What to do:
