What are Active, Draft, and Archived programs?
Programs in the system can have different statuses based on their current stage. Understanding these statuses helps you manage your compliance program effectively.
Program statuses explained:
- Active
This is your live compliance program currently in use. It is the official version used for regulatory and operational purposes. - Draft
Draft programs are incomplete or in-progress versions that are not yet finalised. These can be edited before being made active. - Archived
Archived programs are previous versions that are no longer active but are kept for record-keeping and audit purposes.
When to use each:
- Use Draft while creating or updating your program
- Use Active for your current, approved compliance setup
- Use Archived to refer to past versions when needed
Best practice:
👉 Regularly review your Active program to ensure it remains up to date with regulatory requirements
