How do I create a new AML program?
Creating a new AML program allows you to set up your organisation’s compliance framework, including risk assessment, policies, and procedures.
- Go to My Program
- Click Start a New One
- Complete all steps in the program builder, including:
- Welcome & Setup – Enter organisation details
- Risk Assessment – Define your ML/TF risk profile
- CDD & Governance – Set compliance roles and identity verification rules
- Monitoring & Training – Define transaction monitoring and staff training processes
- Record Keeping – Set how compliance records are stored and maintained
- External Review (optional) – Send the program for expert review
- Summary – Review your full AML program document
- Attestation – Final legal confirmation
- Review the summary of your program
- Complete Attestation to submit your program
What happens next:
Once attestation is completed, your program becomes Active.
Any previous active program will be moved to Archived.
