How do I create a new AML program?
Creating a new AML program allows you to set up your organisation’s compliance framework, including risk assessment, policies, and procedures.
  1. Go to My Program

  2. Click Start a New One

  3. Complete all steps in the program builder, including:
  • Welcome & Setup – Enter organisation details

  • Risk Assessment – Define your ML/TF risk profile

  • CDD & Governance – Set compliance roles and identity verification rules
  • Monitoring & Training – Define transaction monitoring and staff training processes

  • Record Keeping – Set how compliance records are stored and maintained

  • External Review (optional) – Send the program for expert review
  • Summary – Review your full AML program document
  • Attestation – Final legal confirmation
  1. Review the summary of your program

  2. Complete Attestation to submit your program

What happens next:

Once attestation is completed, your program becomes Active.
Any previous active program will be moved to Archived.
