What do risk scores mean?
Risk scores indicate your organisation’s level of exposure to money laundering and terrorism financing risks. They are calculated based on the information in your AML program.
Types of risk scores:
You will see the following risk categories on your dashboard:
- Customer Risk – Risk based on the type of clients you work with
- Product Risk – Risk based on the services or products you offer
- Delivery Risk – Risk based on how services are delivered
- Geographic Risk – Risk based on locations you operate in

How to interpret scores:
👉 Scores are typically measured on a scale (e.g., out of 5)
👉 Lower scores = better compliance health
👉 Higher scores indicate increased risk and may require attention
What to do:
👉 Review any high-risk categories and update your AML program if needed
💡 Tip: Regularly monitor your scores to keep your compliance risk low
