How do I upload a new record?
Some documents must be uploaded manually to maintain compliance records.

Examples include:

  • External KYC documents
  • Board meeting minutes
  • Independent review reports
  • AUSTRAC correspondence

Steps to upload a record:

  1. Go to Records
  2. Click Upload Record
  3. Enter document details
  4. Select record type
  5. Upload the file
  6. Click Upload

What happens next:

  • The record is securely stored
  • It becomes available in your Records library
