How do I upload a new record?
Some documents must be uploaded manually to maintain compliance records.
Examples include:
- External KYC documents
- Board meeting minutes
- Independent review reports
- AUSTRAC correspondence

Steps to upload a record:
- Go to Records
- Click Upload Record
- Enter document details
- Select record type
- Upload the file
- Click Upload

What happens next:
- The record is securely stored
- It becomes available in your Records library
