Why is my client still unverified?
A client may remain unverified if the verification process (KYC/KYB) has not been completed or requires further action. Identifying the cause helps you resolve the issue quickly and complete onboarding.
Common reasons:
- KYC/KYB not initiated
The verification process has not been started for the client. - Client hasn’t completed verification
The client has not finished submitting required details or documents. - Missing or incorrect information
The submitted details may be incomplete or invalid, preventing verification.
What happens next:
If no action is taken, the client will remain in Not Started or Unverified status and cannot be fully approved.
What to do:
👉 Click Re-initiate KYC/KYB to restart the verification process
👉 Send the verification link again using Manual Share
💡 Tip: Follow up with the client to ensure they complete the process promptly
