How do I view a case’s full details?

Where to find it:

Go to Cases from the left navigation

Steps to view case details:

  1. Go to Cases
  2. Find the case you want to view
  3. Click the View (eye icon)

What you’ll see:

  • Case overview
  • Status and risk level
  • Progress bar (Pending → In Progress → Closed → Reported)

👉 Tip: Always review details before taking action on a case
